Senior Product Manager- Anomaly Detection

About the Role:
Rubrik’s mission is to secure the worlds data, and in that mission we have helped countless organizations successfully recover from destructive cyber attacks.
As the Senior Product Manager Anomaly Detections it is your mission to help Rubrik harness the vast amounts of data we protect for our customers and deliver capabilities that render unique insights into such data for customer security teams. This is focused on the analysis of metadata to help customers quickly understand the blast radius of an attack, and any possible anomalous changes in their data that could be a precursor to an imminent attack
This role focuses on identifying industry and technology trends, changes in the threat landscape, new revelations and technologies in applied machine learning and artificial intelligence, gaps and new feature opportunities, and enhancements that drive innovation and valuable customer outcomes in our platform. Cyber Security is highly strategic for Rubrik and this role is key to our success.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of detecting anomalous activity with regards to customers data for Rubrik’s Data Threat Analytics.
- Contribute to the overall security vision and strategy
- Participate and drive customer engagements to constantly learn about customer problems and opportunities for Rubrik to deliver customer value.
- Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders: InfoSec, Engineering, User Experience, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support and professional services in product planning, messaging and delivery.
- Partner with external stakeholders: Customers and ecosystem partners for new product introduction, evangelization as well as feedback & reviews
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and clarity of thought.
- Experience working with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence on large datasets.
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in customer facing or product management roles.
- 10+ Years of overall work experience
- Good understanding of the nature of ransomware attacks and how these are performed and executed.
- Bachelor's degree, cyber security certifications, or commensurate experience.
- Experience in working cross functionality with various different teams in an organizations.
- General Product Management Skills
- Ability to understand define problems, requirements, and high level solutions
- Define user workflows, feature scope, capabilities, requirements, KPIs and goal.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of basic UEBA or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of the cyber threat landscape and threat actors.
- Understanding of tools, techniques and procedures used by cyber criminals.
- Basic understanding or experience in security operations, incident response, or similar.
