Marketing Operations Specialist
As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will join our Marketing Operations team within our newly formed Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). We are looking for an operationally focused Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Marketing Operations team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Field & Partner Marketing organizations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, procurement, and legal/privacy to ensure seamless execution of activities, lead data delivery, and performance tracking. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and communication skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Execution:
- Support field and partner marketing owners with planning and operational execution for their activities from beginning to end; campaign creation, swag management, lead list upload, etc.
- Manage numerous campaigns simultaneously efficiently and effectively.
- Manage, track and report on swag inventory, shipments & returns.
- Contract Management:
- Assist marketing managers with reviewing the contracts to ensure proper T's & C's are in place.
- Work closely with legal/privacy to stay up-to-date with changes to regulations and requirements and translate those requirements back to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure contract reviews are moving through the process.
- Alert MOPS of special data handling requirements.
- Campaign Performance & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all campaign results, ensuring all leads are captured correctly and funnel reporting is accurate.
- Inspect to troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues related to funnel reporting and/or lead list data capture technical issues related to campaign execution.
- Monitor lead routing and alert MOPS of issues related to lead routing/assignment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on matters related to area of responsibility.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3-4 Years of experience in a marketing operations or relevant role
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent with Excel / G-sheet
- Data driven and passionate about marketing tools and technology.
- Must have proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Must have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with running ad hoc reports in marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Good to have budgeting & MDF support experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and minor adjustments to digital assets.
- Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
