About the Role:
Rubrik is on a mission to scale our GTM operations to the next level. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Process Manager to lead transformative initiatives that will drive operational excellence across our SaaS product operations. This role is tailor-made for seasoned professionals with a passion for strategic impact and a proven track record of large-scale operational transformations. You will play a critical role in evolving our quote-to-invoice processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enabling the company's ambitious growth objectives. This position reports to our Palo Alto, HQ 3x per week. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Operational Transformation: Drive process management initiatives aligned with Rubrik’s strategic objectives, conducting gap analysis, identifying key opportunities, and building end-to-end solutions for key operations areas of Sales, Renewals, Order Management, Licensing, Product Usage, and Installed Base Management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a bridge across product, IT, and other internal teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement, delivering both short-term wins and long-term roadmaps that evolve with business needs.
  • Innovate & Automate: Spearhead automation projects in partnership with IT to streamline business operations, enhancing the efficiency of personas across various business functions.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Leverage data and strategic insight to introduce scalable processes and drive continuous improvement, fostering operational excellence.
  • Program Management: Act as a program lead for Product Ops and related cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with Rubrik’s overarching business strategy.
  • End-to-End Process Design: Develop, document, and refine end-to-end business processes, producing assets such as process diagrams, value stream maps, business flow charts, and requirements documents.
  • Change Management: Lead the change management efforts, ensuring a seamless rollout of new processes while supporting business users with training and resources.

  • Experienced Transformer: You’ve led large-scale transformations and are energized by navigating ambiguity and complex challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: You possess a balance of big-picture thinking with a keen ability to dive deep into details. You understand how operational processes fit into the broader business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Skilled in driving collaboration across teams, with a talent for stakeholder management and a natural ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Technologically Fluent: While you may not code, you understand technical complexities and can collaborate effectively with technical teams to drive process innovation.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$161,400$242,200 USD
