Bipul Sinha is an entrepreneur, engineer and venture capitalist. He is the Chairman, Co-Founder, & CEO of Rubrik, Inc. and a Venture Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Previously, Bipul was a Partner at Lightspeed where he focused on software, mobile, and Internet sectors. His investments included Nutanix, Pulse News, Bromium, and PernixData. Before Lightspeed, Bipul worked at Blumberg Capital, where he was the founding investor/board member of Nutanix and Hootsuite. Bipul also held engineering positions at Oracle Corporation, American Megatrends and IBM.
Bipul received his Bachelor in Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur where he was bestowed with the Distinguished Alumnus Award. Bipul completed his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar. Bipul holds several patents in distributed computing.

Prior to Box, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Informatica Corporation, then a public enterprise software company. Pete holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Sacramento, a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, and an LL.M. in Comparative Intellectual Property Law from the London School of Economics.

Michael Mestrovich joins Rubrik with more than two decades of experience in public and private sector IT and security leadership, most recently serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). At the CIA, Mestrovich led the Agency’s cyber defense operations, developing and implementing cyber security regulations and standards, and directed the evaluation and engineering of cyber technologies. Before Mestrovich’s career in the public sector, he was a systems engineer at Cisco Systems and served in the U.S. Air Force.

During his tenure, BlackLine more than doubled its ARR. Prior to BlackLine, Andres was the CMO of CallidusCloud (acquired by SAP) and Aria Systems.
