The Pipeline & GTM Strategy and Analytics team is looking for a Senior Pipeline and GTM analyst, a crucial role for ensuring high-quality data for pipeline development and measurement, and for enabling the team to move with efficiency and velocity. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pipeline & GTM Strategy and Analytics, this role’s key focus areas will include contributing to Pipeline and GTM analytics, dashboard creation and maintenance, and providing operational support for Rubrik’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Operational functions will include analytical/reporting support and maintenance of tools.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Support for SDR Operations:

  • Grow our Inside Sales organization and drive top-line revenue by supporting territory & quota planning, compiling & analyzing strategic funnel metrics, and measuring sales performance 
  • Enable sales organization by administering and driving effective usage of various Sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav., and more)
  • Drive process improvement of lead routing and customer-facing messaging
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to refine and manage the lead qualification/execution process, analyze lead performance to improve overall pipeline growth
  • Drive improvements in the Inside Sales Functions through data-driven analysis, incorporating perspectives from cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) 

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Prepare, build reports and analyze data to support pipeline analytics and special projects to drive PG attainment
  • Generate regular reports and visualizations to communicate data insights
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Review and validate data and quality of SDR and Pipeline Dashboards

 

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Continuously improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for data management and analytics
  • Implement new tools and techniques to improve data preparation and validation

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between SDR Operations and Analytics teams.
  • Ensure all teams have access to accurate, timely data for decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide data-driven recommendations.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to be highly productive and operate with little oversight on a day to day basis. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter, ability to partner with all business levels
  • Experience as a Salesforce (SFDC) admin
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) user with the ability to build complex models and create robust analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience & comfortability with leveraging Tableau and managing/analyzing large datasets 
  • Preferred: Experience building dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization software
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL and/or Python
