Job Summary

People Services Specialist (Bangalore)

Triaging and Case Management: (50% of time)

  • Triage and respond to HR inquiries from employees, managers and team stakeholders (response Time SLA <15 minutes)
  • Triage HR@ inboxes and respond to Level 1 & 2 inquiries
  • Always look to direct inquiries to a self service solution whenever possible and note knowledge base gaps for future improvements.
  • Route requests to appropriate internal teams if People Services is unable to respond
  • Coordinate and be main POC for new employee onboarding (communications for calendar invites and driving completion of Workday tasks etc)
  • Coordinate and be main POC for employees who are offboarding
  • Respond to accommodation requests and escalate to leadership as needed
  • Provide backup support to data management team for urgent requests during US hours
  • Complete daily pass down report in partnership with Lead

Self Service, Employee Experience & Other Responsibilities: (50% of time)

  • Update and build out knowledge base for internal People Team process documents and Employees processes on The Cube
  • In region, new hire orientation support
  • Partner with background check team to ensure that background are complete prior to new hire’s first day
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, solutioning and participate in process optimization projects.
  • Partner with University team for Summer and Winter internship onboarding
  • Provide internal audit support as needed for internal processes and compliance management related tasks
  • Verify new and existing employees for FEDRamp according to set requirements
  • Update/maintain library of legal templates and agreements

Requirements: 

  • Available to work rotating shifts such as 7:00am - 4:00pm IST, 9:00am - 6:00pm IST and 3:00pm - 12:00am 
  • Able to accommodate an adjusted schedule 1 to 2 days per week to accommodate meetings in the US time zone.
  • 3-5 years Case Management experience in a People organization
  • Experience with Workday is required, Greenhouse ATS and Sterling Background check platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Organized, proactive, and maintains a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Gmail, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs experience
